From the Breakfasts to the Luncheons, the High Teas and the Special Events, the Old Paradians’ Association’s calendar of events is truly crammed – all because the OPA is about opportunity. Join the legions bound by their lasting links to Parade College in a spirit of friendship on the vibrant social scene.

  • The Old Paradians' Association is awaiting confirmation as Guest Speaker of a person well-versed in racing in Victoria to address this Luncheon.
  • Join Old Paradian and wine champion Phil Hude (1982) as he takes you through a selection of glorious wines between mouth-watering morsels within the cool surrounds of the V-ZUG Australia showroom.

    The OPA's Class with Glass has emerged as one of THE events of the Old Paradians' Association jam-packed social calendar. All Old Paradians are encouraged to appreciate eachother's company over a glorious wine or three, with wives, partners and girlfriends all truly welcome.

    Function commences 6.45pm, concludes 9.45pm.
  • John Kolenda (Parade 1982) is the co-founder and Managing Director of the Finsure Group, one of Australia’s largest mortgage broking and financial planning groups. Finsure was established in 2011 and was ranked second overall by BRW Magazine in its latest top 100 Fast Starters list.

    John has graciously accept an invitation from the Old Paradians’ Association to address the association’s Business Breakfast. Taglined “The Changing Financial Landscape”, John will address a wide range of topics, including recent regulatory changes and how it effects the home loan market; investor rate spread; rate movements and forecasts; how to ensure your loan remains competitive; and strategies to pay your home loan faster.

    Function commences 7.00am for 7.30am sitdown, concludes 9.00am.

  • OPA High Tea


    In tribute to the many women who have contributed in a myriad of ways to the cause of Parade College, the Old Paradians’ Association is to convene a High Tea amid the tranquility of North Eltham’s Ballara Receptions (1435 Main Road).

    Former students are encouraged to bring your Mums as a small way of saying thankyou for all their support throughout those formative school years. Cost $50, includes High Tea, Guest Speaker.

    Function commences 10.30am, concludes 1.00pm.
